This role is perfect for a content-savvy individual who loves storytelling, social media, and digital marketing. You'll work closely with our production team to strategize, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities 1. Social Media Content Creation & Strategy (60%)

Develop and manage a monthly content calendar
Write engaging captions, social media copy, and basic ad copy tailored for different platforms
Plan, brief, and collaborate with the production team for video and visual content
Repurpose existing content into bite-sized TikTok Reels, Instagram Stories, and LinkedIn posts

2. Social Media Management & Scheduling (20%)

Schedule and publish content using social media automation tools
Monitor and engage with followers, responding to comments and DMs in a timely manner
Ensure brand consistency and provide creative directions

3. Performance Tracking & Reporting (15%)

Track and analyze key social media metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth)
Prepare monthly performance reports and insights to improve strategy
Identify trends and recommend content optimizations

4. Light Paid Advertising Support (5%)

Assist in boosting posts and managing small-scale ad campaigns (Meta & LinkedIn)
Track ad performance and adjust budgets accordingly

Who We're Looking For

1-2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation (Fresh grads with strong portfolios are welcome)
Strong writing and storytelling skills with a good command of English
Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok best practices
Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, or Meta Business Suite)
Bonus: Experience with light paid advertising (Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
Bonus: Canva, Photoshop, or CapCut experience for simple designs and video edits
