A healthcare organisation is currently seeking a candidate to join them as a Contract Human Resource Assistant (6 Months).


Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the end-to-end processing of payroll for employees
  • Verification of timesheets, leave records, and other relevant data for payroll calculations
  • Calculate payroll-related components based on established guidelines and applicable regulations
  • Assist in resolving payroll discrepancies or issues
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure data confidentiality and security
  • Prepare payroll-related and ad-hoc reports as required
  • Assist in the submission of government grants and payroll claims
  • Maintain proper payroll documentations and authorisations for internal and external audits
  • Attend to internal enquiries regarding payroll and leave matters
  • Other duties as assigned by the manager

 

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Higher Nitec in any relevant discipline
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Training is provided
