Position: Admin Assistant, Learning & Development
Role Duties:
• Plan, manage and administrate the training department ensuring all documents are in place.
• Support relevant activities to deliver relevant and productive training for all employees which contributes to the business needs through providing various types of training covering internal/External, WSQ/Non-WSQ, OJT, Classroom, etc.
• Ensure good administration of application and training that is conducted.
• Work closely with SkillsFuture, SkillsConnect, e2i, or other relevant agencies for grant process and approval.
• Ensure proper file keeping of records.
• Perform any other administrative duties as and when required.
Candidate profile:
• Organised and meticulous
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good team player with potential to lead and multitask
• Good track record in managing training related activities
