The successful candidate will assist in managing customer relationships, supporting trade execution, and conducting market research.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer and Supplier Relationship Management:Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients / suppliers.
    Respond to customer / supplier inquiries and provide information on products, pricing, and delivery options.
  • Market Research & Analysis:Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing fluctuations, and competitor activity.
    Monitor global shipping and fuel market developments to inform trading strategies.
  • Trade Execution Support:Assist senior traders in executing bunker sales transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
    Prepare and process sales orders, contracts, and invoices.
  • Reporting & Documentation:Maintain accurate records of trades and customer interactions in the trading system.
    Generate reports on sales activities, market conditions, and inventory levels as needed.
  • Collaboration:Work closely with logistics, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth delivery and billing processes.
    Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategy discussions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Basic understanding of the marine fuel market is a plus, but not required.
