Our client is a Singaporean beauty and personal care company, a skincare brand dedicated to repairing problematic skin. The company is constantly accelerating the pace of developing overseas markets and has commissioned us to recruit the following positions:

Marketing Director

Location: Singapore

Work mode: Full-time

Noted: applicants who are PR holder or Singapore Citizens will be preferred.

Responsibilities：

  • 1. refining product selling points and presenting them through text, images and videos;
  • 2. providing event planning solutions and organizing marketing activities according to sales campaign needs;
  • 3. play a category leadership role in identifying new opportunities.
  • 4. conduct in-depth business research on competing products and provide sales with valuable market analysis reports and response strategies;
  • 5. foster passion for the brand both internally and externally.
  • 6. conduct market trend analysis, monitor competitor activity and develop proactive action plans.

  • 1. Creativity and innovation: comes up with new ideas and initiatives; easily connects previously unrelated concepts; good at taking others' ideas to market; good judgment on which ideas and suggestions work;
  • 2. Results-driven and self-motivated: consistent performer; unwavering drive to achieve results for self and others. Self-motivated with a strong will to achieve goals in a fast-paced and competitive environment;
  • 3. Adept at handling ambiguity: able to respond effectively to change; strong decision-making and action skills without understanding the big picture; comfortable measuring and handling risk and uncertainty;
  • 4. Enthusiastic communicator and team player: good storyteller who fosters brand passion. Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Passionate about working in a team and maintains a good balance between taking a leadership role and contributing constructively.

Profile:

  • 1. 2-3 years of experience in the cosmetics or FMCG industry, with operational marketing experience in the luxury beauty industry preferred; other candidates with operational marketing experience in FMCG or retail related industries are also welcome;
  • 2. Degree holder in Marketing, Business is preferred;
  • 3. Proficient verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin;
  • 4. Good writing and planning skills, strong organizational and coordination skills;
  • 5. Positive, energetic and confident;
  • 6. Critical thinking, as well as being articulate.

Salary: 6000-8000 SGD Per Month（negotiable）
