A renowned insurance company is seeking to hire a Solution Delivery Manager to lead a team of 5, driven by project needs and expansion plans.
About the Job
You will oversee web and mobile applications, ensuring system integrity, availability, performance, and user satisfaction.
- Leads the team, ensures deliverables, and reviews Functional Specifications for approval.
- Coordinates with business users on enhancements and changes, defining the scope and managing compliance with policies and standards.
- Manages application development processes, including project planning, resource management, and full software development life cycle.
- Supervises work quality, mentors team members, collaborates with vendors on system issues, and supports audits.
Requirements
- Experience and Leadership: Minimum 8 years of experience, including 4 years in team leadership; highly driven and independent.
- Technical Skills: At least 5 years of hands-on coding in Microsoft environments (C#.NET, VB.NET, UML, OOAD, XML, SQL, web services); proficient in frontend React web and mobile development, web technologies, and integration frameworks.
- Domain Knowledge: Preferred experience in Life Insurance IT systems and domain knowledge.
- Database Proficiency: Skilled in Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS), including SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and triggers.
- Additional Advantages: Experience in Xamarin development, cloud development (especially Microsoft Azure), CRM application management, analytical skills, systematic work approach.
