Executive, Supported Living and Training Programme

Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)Autism Resource Centre (Singapore) is dedicated to serving children and adults on the autism spectrum, to help these individuals lead meaningful and independent lives in society.As part of our continuum of services , we run a supported living and training centre, and we invite passionate people to join us in transforming the lives entrusted to us.We are looking for a hands-on & energetic Executive to support us in the areas of :Handle day to day programme operations including upkeep and general maintenance of physical facilities.Provide logistic support for all related programmes organized by the programmeEnsure regular updating of client database, client feedback and all other client related mattersManage processes and administration including related payments and disbursements.Maintain proper documentation system and processes.Ensure adherence to key performance indicators with proper tracking and reporting (scoreboards, regular data collection and collation)Procure and maintain supplies and resources for programmeTraining AdministrationSchedule training coursesManage communication and liaison with clients (assessment, training schedules and appointments etc)Maintain and regular track client database and attendanceConsolidate and compile training feedbackThe Executive will be required to attend to enquiries (walk in, phone calls, email) from parents, professionals and the general public on programmes offered by the centre and support special projects as assigned. He/She is required to work on Saturdays on a roster schedule, based on a 5-day work week.REQUIREMENTSPolytechnic Diploma / A Level Certification with some years of working experience in Social SectorGood command of verbal and written English andAbility to work in a dynamic and challenging multi-cultural work environmentEffective communication skills with all levels of people.Competence in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Powerpoint and Excel)A genuine desire to serve the special needs communityCompany information
