Roles & Responsibilities

Our client requires one officer to work at their Tuas Checkpoint Site,

501 Jalan Ahmad Ibrahim (Blk A4) S639937.

JOB SCOPE:

a) Be physically fit and have proper temperameents, good health, care,

judgement, reliance and intelligence to satisfactory carried out his/her

duties assigned.

b) Be familiar with good content knowledge and able to think quickly on

his or her feet to render timely and effective help to customers.

c) Have at least 1-yr experience in similar jobs related to

customer service, admin. and/or clerical exposure

including handling calls, emails and data entries.

QUALIFICATIONS:

a) Possess at least 3 passes in the GCE "O' level cert. with

credit in English. (.e.g Higher Nitec Buz. Admin. Cert.)

b) Proficient in both written and spoken English.

c) Preferably WSQ trained in Service Excellence or Service

Quality related courses within 6 months of being

employed.

d) Basic IT skill such as using Microsoft Office Word &

Excel.
