Mainly in doing:

  • Salesforce: 80% & IT: 20%
  • Strategic Salesforce Oversight
  • Holistic IT Management
  • Innovative Technological Integration
  • Proactive System Management
  • Cross-Departmental Support
  • Vendor Collaboration

Requirements:

  • Possession of at least a Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Mandatory certification as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Demonstrated experience in an IT Manager role or a comparable position, preferably within a multi-location retail setting.
  • Familiarity with NOVA POS systems is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in the retail industry is highly desirable.
