Job Description

  • Main focus will be replying sms/whatapps booking appointments
  • Able to cope with busy appointments
  • Cold call and sms regulars for appointment
  • Welcome clients and arrange them for treatments
  • Admin duties and housekeeping
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

  • Front desk experienced required*
  • Must be able to work on retail hours
  • Permanent part time- min 3- 4 days per week ( 11- 830pm ) nego
  • Full time- 5 to 6 day work week ( Required to work on weekends )
  • Must have a positive mindset
  • Willing to learn and hardworking
  • Able to do sales will be a plus bonus ( with commission)
  • Students on long holiday may apply
  • Female working environment
