Requirements

  • Qualified in England and Wales and/or any other similar common law jurisdiction
  • Ideally has at least 1 – 2 years PQE working in a large national or international law firm
  • Experience in transactional work in commodities sector in energy, oil & gas, mining, metals on agriculture products
  • Attention to detail and demonstrates good practical case handing skills
  • Able to work under pressure and handle concurrent tasks and tight deadlines
  • Efficient, organised, and can demonstrate excellent time management skills
  • A team player with good communication skills, both written and verbal

The successful candidate will work with Peter Zaman (see https://www.linkedin.com/in/peter-zaman-99b502/) whose international practice covers a broad range of finance work with a focus on commodities, climate finance, environmental products, derivatives and structured products.
