HR cum Admin Executive

Century Global Resources Pte Ltd is a dynamic and growing construction company based in Singapore. We specialize in providing top-notch construction services, supported by a skilled and dedicated workforce. We are currently looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin cum HR Executive to join our team and support both administrative and human resource functions as we continue to expand.
Duties & Responsibilities
HR Responsibilities:
- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
- Coordinate the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records, handle leave and attendance systems, and support employee engagement activities.
- Assist in the application and renewal of work passes, managing MOM-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore’s employment regulations and company policies.
- Support payroll processing and manage staff benefits.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
- Handle incoming communications (calls, emails) and maintain office documentation.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to manage office supplies and services.
- Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and other necessary documentation.
- Assist with organizing internal meetings, events, and other office functions.
- Manage the office environment to ensure a clean and professional workspace.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in both HR and administrative roles, ideally within the construction industry.
- Familiarity with Singapore labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage confidential information with discretion.
