Senior Sales Engineer

Location: 86 Kaki Bukit Industrial Terrace, Singapore 416166


Working Days: 5 day work week, Monday - Friday

Working hours : 8.30am to 6.00pm, 5 day work week.


Salary : S$4000-S$5000 per month


Job Responsibilities:

-Define and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends.

-Set sales targets, forecast revenues, and track performance against goals.

-Manage a team of service engineers, sales engineer, and administrator.

-Ensure service engineers meet client’s expectations.

-Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.

-Provide leadership and guidance to sales organization.

-Collaborate with customers to identify business opportunities, provide

technical support, and address concerns.

-Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.

-Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats.

-Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales processes, improve efficiency, and drive revenue growth.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and distributors.

-Identify and mitigate potential risks related to sales operations, contracts, and customer engagements.


Job Requirements:

-Degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.

-Extensive experience (typically 5+ years) in sales and business development within the semiconductor industry.

-Deep understanding of the semiconductor industry, including its products, technologies, and market trends.

-Understand semiconductor manufacturing process and able to identify needs and requirements of clients, and come out with proposal of solutions.
