Invoicing Assistant

- Handling invoices such as to issue to customers, responds to clarifications
- Handling the vendor invoices, validate against the quotation, update in system, process for payment
- Records keeping and retrieving as and when needed
- Preparation of reports
Job Requirements
- 1 year of experience in customer service handling of customers’ accounts
- Min O-level or Diploma with some basic accounting knowledge
- Good command of English
- Good knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations experience is a plus
- Computer literate especially knowledge in Ms Excel (Vlookup, Pivot etc.) will have added advantage
