The TikTok Community Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining an engaged community on TikTok, fostering brand loyalty, and driving conversations around Sunnystep.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
  • Monitor and participate in TikTok trends, duets, and challenges to boost engagement.
  • Develop strategies to increase follower interaction and user-generated content.
  • Identify and collaborate with brand advocates and loyal customers.
  • Track community sentiment and provide insights to the marketing team.

We would want to speak with you if you are / have –

  • Strong understanding of TikTok's culture and engagement tactics.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with followers and create a positive brand image.
  • Experience in community management or social media marketing is a plus.
