As part of the integrated globalnetwork, the Transfer Pricing Practice in Singapore providestransfer pricing planning, documentation, audit defense, disputeresolution and Advance Pricing Agreement (APA) solutions to largemultinational clients.

The roleinvolves:
  • Partneringour clients to understand their financial circumstances andorganisational objectives and develop effective business solutionstailored to their transfer pricing needs
  • Managing the delivery of transfer pricing engagements andidentifying opportunities for transfer pricing and otherservices
  • Coaching and mentoring junior staffto build up our transfer pricing capabilities.
  • Working closely with Partners to identify businessdevelopment opportunities

The ideal candidate should possess:
  • Possess a university degree and/orpost-graduate qualification in Accounting, Economics, Finance,Business or Law; with at least 5 years of transfer pricingexperience in a Big 4 audit firm, or a tax authority.
  • Possessing an accreditation by SIATP will be an addedadvantage.
  • Have a thorough understanding ofthe OECD transfer pricing guidelines and international transferpricing environment.
  • Knowledge of Singaporetransfer pricing guidelines will be an advantage.
  • Have excellent research and report writing skills andanalytical mindset.
  • Be committed to technicalexcellence and has an outward-looking, people-oriented personalitywith great English communication skills.
  • Havestrong leadership qualities and organisational skills.
  • Be strongly driven and committed to deliver cutting-edgesolutions for our clients from a wide spectrum ofindustries.
