Human Resources Executive

Our client is expanding its presence in Southeast Asia, operating a significant chain of lifestyle and toys accessories stores with outlets in Singapore. They are actively seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as they grow their business.
About the Role:
- Assist HR Manager to develop and implement overall Human Resource (HR) processes, procedures and policies to ensure legal compliance with statutory employment and related laws and regulations
- Responsible for the full spectrum of daily HR operations including recruitment, such as conducting interviews and coordinating interviews for hiring managers
- Assist with filing of employee (NS claims, maternity / paternity / childcare leave claims, Flexible Benefits Plan Claims, etc)
- Assist to generate employee related letters e.g. certification letter, confirmation letters etc. Monitor and process of new hires confirmation, employment letter. Assist with the submission of government support training grants for clients as and when required
- Handle other HR administrative functions includes renewal of the company insurance plan, etc.
- Assist on various work pass applications, renewal, and cancellations
- Assist with handling employee relations, grievance and other HR related duties
- Assist HR Manager to roll out cyclical performance and salary reviews by the management
- Identify employees' needs for training and coordination, learning, and development initiatives.
- Observe, review and suggest best practices for administrative work flows and office management for greater efficiency at workplace
- Responsible for the maintenance of workplace functionality, safety and cleanliness
- Act as a point of contact with regards to labor legislation issues and Ministry of Manpower Employment Practices, including participation in market surveys conducted by MOM, IRAS, CPF, WDA etc

- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Min. Diploma in relevant discipline (Business Studies / Human Resource Management)
- At least 2 years of relevant experience specialized in full spectrum in payroll
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Good working knowledge with relevant statutory guidelines
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively and cope with stress
- Able to work in a fast pace environment
