Job Duties:

  • Develop and implement structured finance strategies to optimize capital structure and manage risk.
  • Lead the structuring, negotiation, and execution of complex financing transactions, including securitizations, collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), and structured derivatives.
  • Analyze financial data and market trends to assess opportunities and risks associated with structured finance transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including legal, risk management, and investment banking teams, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Manage relationships with investors, rating agencies, and financial institutions to support fundraising efforts and maintain market credibility.
  • Conduct due diligence and financial modeling to evaluate the feasibility and profitability of structured finance deals.
  • Monitor performance and portfolio risk of structured finance investments, implementing risk mitigation strategies as necessary.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging trends in structured finance markets to inform decision-making and maintain competitive advantage.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders to communicate insights, recommendations, and performance metrics related to structured finance activities.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Degree of relevant studies
  • Experience: 10 years in both Banking and Commodities
  • Strong Relations with banks
  • In-depth knowledge of financial markets, structured products, and regulatory requirements related to structured finance.
  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and risk assessment techniques.
