Responsibilities:

  • Address incoming queries related to grant projects professionally and efficiently
  • Assist customers with concerns and work toward effective resolutions
  • Conduct follow-up calls and written updates to ensure customer queries are resolved within service standards
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and follow-ups
  • Draft and respond to customer emails with clarity, professionalism, and accuracy
  • Identify complex cases and escalate them to the appropriate teams or channels as needed
  • Ensure all inquiries are handled in compliance with project guidelines and company standards
  • Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to facilitate seamless case resolutions
  • Assist with any additional responsibilities as assigned by the management

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a contact center, customer service, or administrative support role is preferred
  • Skilled in managing cases, documentation, and escalations with accuracy
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, contact center systems, and case management platforms
  • Ability to think critically, resolve customer concerns, and provide solutions proactively
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment with high customer interaction

*Prior call centre experience would be an advantage
