Roles & Responsibilities
  • Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Manage appointments and schedules for sales representatives.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records on our websites.
  • Assist in adhoc admin duties
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Other general administrative duties as assigned.
  • Assist the sales team in managing customer orders.
  • Liaise with suppliers to coordinate purchases.
  • Communicate with customers regarding order details and updates.
  • Coordinate with installers and customers to schedule installation and delivery dates.
  • Handle administrative tasks and documentation efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Academic Qualification not relevant
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Fluent in speaking and typing of english and mandarin. Handle day-to-day communications with customers and suppliers in both Chinese and English, including emails, phone calls, and etc.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
