Job Scope

  • To perform daily sales activities, including closing sales through recommending customers products and sharing our products benefits.
  • To provide highest level of customer service, including giving advice to customers on how to mix & match their outfits and accessories.
  • Ensure effective display of merchandise, including the VM is executed according to our guidelines.
  • Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records.
  • Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
  • Manages full spectrum of retail operations & maintain smooth store operations.


Requirements

  • At least 1 year of retail experience.
  • Well-groomed with an enthusiastic personality and an outgoing character.
  • Strong desire to learn and succeed.
  • Strong organisation ability.
  • Excellent customer service mindset and skills.
  • Have a passion for fashion and retail.
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Candidate with more working experience can be considered for Senior Sales Associate position.
