Job Responsibilities:-

  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign creation, from defining objectives to budget allocation, ad creatives, targeting, and performance tracking.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to optimize paid search campaigns and improve search engine ranking.
  • Oversee the creation and testing of compelling ad copies, visuals, and landing pages to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and achieve campaign goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and new features on Google and Meta to leverage the latest opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the content team to align paid media efforts with organic content and SEO strategies.
  • Perform competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation in the digital landscape.
  • Utilize SEO techniques to improve organic search visibility and drive more qualified traffic to clients’ or our mobile app.
  • Present regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting key insights, achievements, and areas for improvement.
  • Create marketing/campaign performance report.

Qualifications:-

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful paid media campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms, including campaign setup, ad creation, targeting, and performance optimization.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and a demonstrated ability to improve search engine rankings.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to staying updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
  • Experience with analytics and data visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Chinese to ensure effective communication across our diverse team.
