HR and Recruitment Assistant - Omega 365 Singapore

Omega 365 Singapore is seeking a motivated HR and Recruitment Assistant to support our Office Manager. This role encompasses full-cycle HR responsibilities with a focus on recruitment and minimal administrative tasks.


About Omega 365:With over 35 years of quality workforce solutions, Omega 365 is a multinational leader in technical recruitment and staffing. We specialize in providing exceptional operational and project personnel, particularly in the natural resource sector.


Responsibilities:

· Support Office Manager with employee life cycle processes (recruitment, onboarding, offboarding).

· Source candidates, manage CV database and ensure accuracy.

· Handle foreign worker work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations if needed.

· Discuss job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers.

· Assist internal and external personnel with HR-related inquiries.

· Manage staff visa applications, travel arrangements, and insurance.

· Assist with corporate events like team building and dinners.

· Ensure new employees are enrolled in the company's insurance policy.

· Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

· Some administrative tasks as needed.


Skills:

· Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

· Proficient in computer and database management.

· Ability to work with a deadline and manage multiple tasks.

· Excellent decision-making, verbal, and written communication skills.

· Independent work ethic with adaptability to changing priorities.

Team-oriented with a willingness to continuously learn and improve.


Qualifications:

· Undergraduate degree or diploma with 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.

· Excellent time management and organizational skills.

· Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple priorities.


Additional information:

· 5-day work week

· Location: Raffles Place

· Contract to permanent position.

· Must be detail-oriented, a self-starter, and dependable.
