We are seeking a highly skilled IBM FileNet Infrastructure Engineer with extensive experience in deploying and managing enterprise content management (ECM) systems on cloud-native environments. This role demands deep expertise in IBM FileNet P8, Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS), and associated Azure services to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient ECM infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, deploy, and manage IBM FileNet P8 infrastructure on Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS).
  • Containerize FileNet components using Docker and Helm, and orchestrate deployments via Kubernetes.
  • Configure and optimize Content Platform Engine (CPE), IBM Content Navigator (ICN), and Case Manager on AKS.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps or Jenkins for automated deployments.
  • Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and scalability of the FileNet platform in Azure.
  • Integrate FileNet with Azure-native services including Azure SQL, Blob Storage, Key Vault, and Application Gateway.
  • Monitor performance and troubleshoot using tools such as Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, and Log Analytics.
  • Implement security best practices: RBAC, encryption, secure networking, and compliance for FileNet on AKS.
  • Manage upgrades, patches, and platform migrations with minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to align infrastructure with business needs and IT policies.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of infrastructure, deployment flows, and operational procedures.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 10+ years of experience in IBM FileNet P8 infrastructure design and management.
  • Proven experience deploying FileNet on Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS).
  • Strong knowledge of Kubernetes (K8s), Helm, Docker, and container orchestration.
  • Hands-on with Azure cloud services: Azure SQL, Blob Storage, Key Vault, Azure AD, and App Gateway.
  • Proficient in Linux administration, container security, and networking.
  • Familiar with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
  • Experience using Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, or ELK Stack for monitoring and diagnostics.
  • Skilled in IBM WebSphere for hosting FileNet applications.
  • Experience working with Singapore Government Commercial Cloud (GCC) platforms.
  • Strong scripting capabilities in Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
  • Understanding of disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity for ECM systems.
  • Effective communicator with a proactive, problem-solving mindset and experience in Agile/DevOps environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certified System Administrator – IBM FileNet P8.
  • Experience in hybrid deployments (on-premise and Azure).
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Bicep.
  • Exposure to API-based integrations with FileNet and external platforms.
