Job Description:

Sales and Marketing Manager - Modular Carpentry


We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our modular carpentry division. This role focuses on driving sales, developing marketing strategies, and managing client relationships to grow our business. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in sales and marketing within the interior design or carpentry industry.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Sales Leadership and Management

- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.

- Lead and support the sales team to achieve individual and team objectives.

- Manage the sales pipeline and track performance metrics.


2. Marketing Strategy and Execution

- Create and execute marketing plans to promote modular carpentry products.

- Utilize digital marketing, social media, events, and partnerships.

- Develop marketing materials such as brochures and online content.


3. Client Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Conduct meetings and presentations to secure new business.

- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.


4. Product Knowledge and Promotion

- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of modular carpentry products.

- Train the sales team on product details.

- Identify opportunities for product development based on market trends.


5. Market Analysis and Reporting

- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

- Analyze sales data and campaign performance to refine strategies.

- Prepare reports for senior management.


Qualifications:


- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing within the interior design or carpentry industry.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strategic thinker with a creative approach to marketing.

- Proficient in CRM software and digital marketing platforms.


Compensation:


- Base salary negotiable.

- Commission-based projects.

- 1 day leave per week.

- Potential gross salary up to $5,000 if targets are met.
