Woody Works is seeking for a dynamic Sales and Operations Manager to lead the carpentry factory's sales initiatives and operational activities.

He/She will be responsible for driving sales growth, optimizing production processess, managing inventory and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Specific Responsibilites:

  • Trainee will have a comprehensive understanding of carpentry techniques including joinery, framing, finishing and installation, materials and tools used in the factory through periodic training sessions, workshops and hands-on experience.
  • Trainee will be trained in quality control processes to ensure that products meet standard, specifications and delivery schedules including inspectation of finished products for defects and implenting corrective measures.
  • Trainee will be able to effectively manage customer interactions, track sales activities and identify opportunities for growth while bulding and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Trainee will be able to enhance online presence, reach new customers and drive sales with the knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies.
  • Trainee will be guided on the project management methodologies to oversee multiple projects sumultaneously, allocate resources efficiently and ensure timely delivery for all projects.
  • Trainee will be able to develop and implement strategic sales plan to achieve company sales targets and lead the sales teams with setting sales target and monitoring the performance. He/She will also be able to identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand customer base.
  • Trainee will be able to oversee day-to-day operations of the factory, ensuring efficiency and productivity with ensuring compliance with safety practices and optimising production processess. He/She will be able to manage inventory levels and procurement to minimise cost and ensure availability of materials.
