About theTeam:

TikTok e-Commerce is acontent e-Commerce business utilizing international short videoproducts as carriers. Our aim is to become the preferred choice forusers seeking to discover and purchase affordable, high-qualityproducts. We provide users with tailored, active, and efficientconsumption experiences while enabling merchants to access stableand reliable platform services in various scenarios, such as livee-commerce and short video content e-commerce. Our vision is tomake affordable and high-quality products easily accessible,enhancing the quality of life forall.

E-Commerce's Governance and Experience is aglobal team dedicated to ensuring a safe and trustworthymarketplace for our buyers, sellers, and creators. We focus onareas such as risk detection capabilities, fairness, andsustainability of the E-Commerce ecosystem, content and commodityquality, and friction-free experiences to driveimprovement.

Responsibilities:

-Take charge of the frontend development of Governance &Experience solutions for TikTok Shop inSingapore

- Lead the development of scenarioslike risk management, moderation, service-care,etc

- Continuously enhance customer experiencethrough quantitative service monitoring, alerting, and theutilization of data and operational dashboards

-Research, design, and develop computer and network software orspecialised utility programs.

- Analyse userneeds and develop software solutions, applying principles andtechniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematicalanalysis.

- Update software, enhances existingsoftware capabilities, and develops and direct software testing andvalidationprocedures.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, InformationTechnology, Programming & System Analysis, Science (ComputerStudies) or related discipline with a minimum of 2 years of workexperience is required

- Should possessexcellent web technology skills, particularly in HTML5, CSS3, andJavaScript

- Experience with any majorJavaScript framework such as ReactJS, AngularJS, VueJS, orequivalent is necessary

- Experience with anymajor frontend technologies like Micro Frontends, BFF, Node buildsystems, asynchronous APIs or equivalent

-Experience using Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinkingskills are essential

- Having experience inlarge-scale website architecture would be a greatadvantage
