    Job Scope:
  • Analyze and optimize HR data to improve data quality and ensure accuracy across various modules in the HR system.
  • Develop and implement data standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and integrity across all HR data
  • Work closely with HR functional stakeholders to understand data needs and requirements, address data-related challenges and support HR processes
  • Work with IT team to troubleshoot and resolve data issues, ensuring seamless integration and operation of HR platforms.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data related processes and workflows, ensuring that data management practices evolve with business needs


Job Requirement:

  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, HR Analytics or HR data governance and documentation management
  • Strong understanding in HR data structures, processes and compliance requirements
  • Experience in data optimization and HR system rollout projects
  • Experience in Oracle EBS, Workday, SAP and other HRplatforms
