Test Engineer/Team Lead – Server/Rack Industry

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a group of AE/Technicians who perform test-related tasks for production server and rack products.
  • Run-in and burn-in test procedures must be maintained, the PXE server configuration must be supported, and customers and factories must be contacted.
  • Testing and analyzing production product failures are part of the job, along with working with customers and factories to make improvements.
  • Kaizen activities, test program master list and tracking updates, working instructions preparation.
  • Updating, training over W/I to production, NPI process support, and ISO activities participation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering
  • 2 years’ experience in in Server and Rack industry
  • Able to work with customers, the corporate headquarters, production facilities, fellow workers, subordinates, and higher-ups.
