  • Monitor and review pending orders with status follow-up and communicate closely with customers on updates.
  • Establish communication with internal team on order fulfillment and delivery arrangement.
  • Manage customer's feedback effectively and provide solutions on problem-solving.
  • Proactive engagement in maintaining excellent rapport with customers

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

  • At least one year of customer service experience preferred
