Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven HR Manager to join our team. This role will oversee a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, policy review, compensation and benefits, and vendor management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage HR functions, ensuring compliance with laws and best practices.
  2. Improve HR processes, including payroll system updates and policy revisions.
  3. Oversee compensation packages for new hires, transfers, and payroll processing.
  4. Handle HR documentation, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  5. Develop employee retention strategies and manage company-wide cultural initiatives.
  6. Coordinate the annual performance appraisal process and employee development.
  7. Manage group insurance policies and monitor compensation/benefit trends.
  8. Support ad-hoc HR projects and collaborate with leadership on strategic HR goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8+ years of HR experience, including 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in IT.
  • Expertise in HR systems, payroll, and employment regulations.
  • Singaporean(s) Only
