Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. This role involves coordinating and executing social media and content strategies, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns. You will be responsible for planning marketing activities, developing creative content ideas, producing basic content, and planning and executing photoshoots while collaborating with vendors for larger projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Calendar Management

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar to schedule campaigns, social media posts, and content releases.
  • Ensure all planned activities align with key business objectives and deadlines.

Vendor and Partner Coordination

  • Collaborate with designers,video editors, photographers, and other vendors to execute content and campaign initiatives.
  • Provide clear briefs, timelines, and feedback to ensure high-quality, on-brand deliverables.

Campaign Planning and Execution

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns, including seasonal promotions, product launches, and brand storytelling.
  • Oversee project timelines and budgets to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and achieve business objectives.

Content Ideation and Creation

  • Research trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to generate creative content ideas aligned with brand objectives.
  • Create content using tools like Canva as required
  • Plan and execute photoshoots, including scouting locations, coordinating with models and vendors, and ensuring visuals align with the brand's aesthetic.
  • Capture simple photography and videography as required, ensuring all visuals are polished and on-brand.

Social Media Management

  • Post and schedule content across social media platforms, ensuring consistency with the brand's voice and style.
  • Actively engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor audience engagement and provide recommendations to optimize future strategies.

Project and Workflow Management

  • Track and manage project milestones, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Anticipate and resolve potential challenges to keep projects on track.

Trend Monitoring and Reporting

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor campaigns, and audience preferences to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Analyze campaign performance and share actionable insights with the team.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, content coordination, or project management.
  • Proficiency with Canva or other design software and a basic understanding of photography and videography principles.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail, ensuring all content is visually compelling and on-brand.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write clear and effective content briefs.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and a strong understanding of audience engagement strategies.
  • Genuine interest in fashion and the ability to stay updated with the latest trends in fashion and marketing.
  • A keen interest in social media trends and content marketing best practices.
