Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior HR Consultant to lead initiatives in organizational design, HR digitalization, and talent management for our clients. This role is ideal for an HR expert with experience in both consulting and corporate environments, who can bring data-driven insights, strong business acumen, and a hands-on approach to HR transformation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Organizational Design & Restructuring: Collaborate with clients to create efficient and scalable organizational structures, with a focus on role clarity, functional integration, and operational efficiency.
  • HR Consulting & Strategy: Provide advisory services in HR strategy, including talent management, performance management, and compensation alignment, to ensure HR practices are aligned with business goals.
  • Psychometric Assessments: Use psychometric tools, such as MBTI and Hogan, to support talent acquisition, leadership development, and team dynamics, leveraging insights for impactful HR solutions.
  • Digital HR Transformation: Lead HR digitalization projects, from platform selection to implementation, to streamline HR operations and improve employee experience.
  • Talent Development: Develop succession plans, identify critical roles, and implement key talent initiatives, using a consultative approach to support client growth and strategic needs.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as a strategic partner to clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery and addressing client needs in alignment with Ad Astra’s consulting philosophy.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: 8+ years in HR leadership roles, including consulting and HR business partnering, with a proven track record in organizational design and transformation.
