Main Duties and Key Responsibilities

  • To establish control procedures for stock.
  • To check on daily guest checks and cashier reports.
  • To prepare monthly F&B & Banquet sales revenue and costs report.
  • To prepare monthly beverage reconciliation report.
  • To conduct month end and year end stock count.
  • Handle partial of accounts
  • Assist the Finance department on any other daily duties.

Job Requirements and Qualifications
