About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Specialist to join our SearchAsia team. As a full-time staff, you'll be the first point of contact between top talent and the most prestigious companies in Asia. Dive deep into the world of recruitment, as you assist both clients and candidates and emerge as a capable leading consultant.

Responsibilities
- Building lasting relationships: Maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients, acting as a trusted advisor to help them navigate the hiring process with ease.
- Innovate: Use innovative tools and your capabilities to source candidates across multiple platforms and networks.
- Collaborate: Work alongside an experienced team, sharing ideas and insights that will help you grow both personally and professionally.
- End-to-End Recruitment Management: Take full ownership of the entire recruitment lifecycle, from identifying and sourcing high-caliber talent to conducting screenings, managing interviews, and extending compelling offers.
- Client Success: Drive client satisfaction by delivering exceptional talent solutions tailored to meet specific client needs. Foster long-term partnerships and ensure consistent business growth.
- Talent Pipeline Development and Management: Proactively cultivate and maintain a robust talent pipeline, sourcing candidates to guarantee a steady flow of high-potential candidates. This strategic approach ensures the organization is always poised with top-tier talent for current and future opportunities.
- Performance Analytics and Reporting: Utilize advanced recruitment metrics to track progress, assess outcomes, and drive business performance. Regular reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) will enable you to refine strategies, meet ambitious sales targets, and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment function.
- Global Impact: You will be working with clients and candidates across Asia, gaining international exposure and understanding the recruitment landscape on a global scale.
