Corporate Secretarial Assistant

Responsibilities:-
· Assist superior in handling and managing a portfolio of clients in providing corporate secretarial agent services
· Handling client acceptance and compliance checks such as CDD
· Assist in company incorporation, registration of branches, representative offices, striking-off of companies, and other ongoing corporate secretarial matters
· Assist in preparing directors' and shareholders’ minutes of meetings and resolutions for the specific transaction
· Filing of returns and statutory information using ACRA Bizfile
· Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements
· Handle ad-hoc assignments as requested by the superior from time to time.
Requirements:-
- Professional qualification and/or a Bachelor Degree/Diploma in business administration
- Currently pursuing ICSA
- With/Without Experience, fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
- Good organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Able to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work with minimum supervision
- PC literate and hands-on MS Applications
· Fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients
