1. Co-ordination of Training (Course Arrangements)

To plan, arrange and coordinate all relevant aspect of trainings for all officers Application and process of SSG Training Grant for relevant officers, where applicable / required Check invoice by training academy to proceed payment

2. Computation of KPIs (MOE & Commercial)

Track and Monitor Senior / Operations Managers site and client visits Track and Compute relevant Key Performance Indicators KPI for Area Managers, Senior / Operations Managers for Management review and payroll Compute Senior / Operations Managers Operations Executive Fuel Reimbursement Allowance

3. Computation of Liquidated Damages LD

Track and prepare monthly detailed report of Liquidated Damages per site for Management Review and payroll report Maintain and update the Master Copy of List of Sites (Bi weekly) Follow up with respective OM/SOM on the Disciplinary Action, and or After-Action Review for the irregularities of affected sites, where applicable

4. Apply for clearance for Protected area site

Submit to PLRD on clearance form and cessation

5. Maintain PLRD Portal Sites Notification

Sites notification new, renewal & cessation (accordingly to the starting and ending date and year / Tally with the List of sites)

6. PLRD SAGE Audit

Track, monitor and preparation of all relevant documents pertaining to the submission of the audit

7. InfoTech Manage manpower requirement in the system

Maintain site renewal / Cessation

8. Generate H3 Form (MOE) /Reports

To assist MOE cluster to generate H3 Form monthly and submit to the system .(First week of every month) Incident report Attendance reports KPI H3

9. Maintain Tech Files

Assist GM of Sales & Marketing with paper works for ops and tech

10. Others

Any other tasks assigned by Head of Operations / Management

Job Requirement:

Minimum N/O Level with at least 1-year related admin experience Proficient in MS Office Applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Familiar with the security industry will be an advantage Meticulous with an eye for details Team player Able to cope in a fast-moving environment and work independently
