The Technical Delivery Consultant with a proven track record in managing full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for large-scale transformation projects, digital solution development, and cloud adoption. You have worked extensively with global financial institutions and possesses deep expertise in project and program management, agile methodologies, and multi-cloud environments. This role requires the ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive strategic initiatives, and deliver innovative solutions in fast-paced environments. Experience in startup environments and an entrepreneurial mindset is a plus.

What you will do

Project Management & Delivery

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital transformation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Manage Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to prioritize and manage project backlogs for timely delivery.

Solution Design & Architecture

  • Partner with domain architects to develop solution designs in compliance with enterprise standards.
  • Secure approvals from architecture review boards and ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.

Cloud Adoption & Digital Solutions

  • Lead multi-country cloud migration and digital solution initiatives, ensuring scalability, availability, and cost efficiency.
  • Drive DevSecOps adoption, optimizing CI/CD pipelines and improving development security practices.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders, presenting solution options and facilitating effective decision-making.
  • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring alignment with procurement standards and compliance guidelines.

People & Team Leadership

  • Lead and coach high-performing Agile teams across multiple locations, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Promote continuous improvement through performance tracking, retrospectives, and Agile best practices.

Risk Management & Regulatory Compliance

  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., MAS, HKMA, PRA).
  • Coordinate security assessments, threat modeling, and production readiness in collaboration with cybersecurity teams.

Change Management & Reporting

  • Deliver complex change initiatives while adhering to governance frameworks and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Generate comprehensive reports on project health, performance, and resource allocation using Power BI, Tableau, and JIRA.

What you will need

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT project and program management, with a focus on banking technology and digital transformation.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale cloud adoption and application development initiatives.
  • Strong expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and DevSecOps practices.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and development tools (Java, Python, REST API).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
