Facilities Executive

Responsibilities:
1) To manage the maintenance including Electrical, Air-con, Plumbing and Building issue.
2) Report to owner on the defect and closed back the loop when completed.
3) Manage external sub-contractor and ensure the monthly preventive maintenance is carried out accordingly.
4) Prepare monthly meeting minutes and submit to owner.
5) Prepare monthly report.
6) Prepare quotation for minor and FM works.
7) Required to do some minor trouble shooting and hands on works if required.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification in Diploma or Higher NITEC in Facilities Management, Building, Electrical, Mechanical or Aircon Maintenance qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Facilities Management, Building, Electrical, Mechanical or Aircon Maintenance.
- Good interpersonal skill and able to establish good rapport with clients.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Must possess own transport (motorbike or car).
