Roles & Responsibilities

The SSPO Lead is an individual contributor position that is focused on enabling and driving change within the Mid Market frontline sales and sales management teams.

This person serves as a key partner to sales and cross-functional leaders. Success in this position requires a proven ability in operational excellence with strong strategic thinking and project management skills, an ability to influence key leadership stakeholders and drive change throughout an organization, an outstanding track record for driving results, and foundational understanding of sales processes and tools.

This position requires people who have an ability to dive into solving problems while maintaining a broad perspective. The individual should collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and drive critical business decisions. This role will be supporting our businesses for APAC, with a focus on India & ANZ

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct revenue analytics to understand business drivers, revenue trends and advise sales leaders on actions to drive topline revenue
  • Design, test, and scale global enablement/change management programs across areas, such as sales productivity and client experience
  • Engage with cross-functional teams (such as Product Marketing, Analytics, Learning, HR) to enhance productivity and to drive operational excellence
  • Advise, consult and influence sales leaders by making actionable recommendations that help them achieve their long-term strategic priorities
  • Develop business plans, customer and market insights, and analyze program effectiveness
  • Embrace and thrive under ambiguity and evolving organizational structures
  • Identify big challenges facing front-line sales and solve with initiatives that scale
  • Develop best practices and help implement process improvements
  • Drive education and adoption of sales tools
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelors Degree
  • 5+ years experience in a sales strategy, planning and operations role
  • 5+ years experience driving sales strategy, business planning, rhythm and operations for ANZ and India
  • Understanding of Digital Media and Digital Marketing ecosystem
  • Fluency in SQL and other data analytics tools
  • Experience influencing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders both within the APAC region and globally
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, with proven track record in taking projects from opportunity to execution and results
  • Hands-on experience generating action-oriented insights and recommendations from large data sets
  • Experience in scaling of expertise and best practices
  • Experience in optimizing sales process and performance
