JobDescription:
  • Leadingcentral lithography team under pattern transfer group.
  • Selection, procurement and qualification of litho toolsets based on program -- from contact aligner toimmersion.
  • Actively working with crossfunctional stake owners to plan and develop new lithographyprocess.
  • Validate design, reticle tap out andpost tap out verification.
  • Assist in internaland external technical discussion to overcome process relatedchallenge and provide relevant solution.
  • Perform process characterization, margin study todetermine the process capability of new processplatform.
  • Act as a subject matter expert andresource for researchers and industry partners to enable processand/or product realization.
  • Publish processdevelopment outcome and breakthrough in researchcommunity.
  • Engage with relevant equipmentmakers/vendors and responsible for selecting and procuring researchequipment.
  • Work with fab team in establishingSPC for newly developedprocess.

Requirements:
  • Ph.D/Master/Bachelor Degree in Materials Science,Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry,and Microelectronics, or closely related fields are welcome toapply.
  • More than 10 years relevant workingexperiences in R&D and/or industry environment with broadexposure in handling 6", 8" and/or 12" substrate covering nano tomicron tech nodes, preferably experiences inSiC/GaN/Photonics.
  • Proficient inPhotolithography tools including Immersion/KrF/I-lineScanner/Stepper/Mask Aligner, knowledge in EBEAM Lithography toolwill be added advantage.
  • Hands-on experiencesin metrology including but not limited to CDSEM, Overlay, OCD,DRSEM, Microscope. Capable to create recipe to support variousresearch requirement.
  • Knowledge in design andsimulation (Prolith, OPC, etc), reticle layout (oas, gds) reviewand basic tap out process.
  • Equip withLithography skills set including fundamental Lithography theory,Photoresist characteristic and application, new process setup(swing curve, FEM, DOE, statistical root cause analysis andproblem-solving methods, etc), optimization and marginimprovement.
  • Relevant hardware and applicationknowledge in Lithography tools and metrology.
  • Possess good interpersonal and oral/written communicationskills, with ability to deliver clear and concise messages to bothinternal and external stakeholders.
