Roles & Responsibilities

Manage the production capacity and Capital Expenditure, ensure timely availability of production capacity to meet customer demand through effective planning systems. Assess justifications for investing in production capacity and present final proposals to higher management on the worthiness of investments. Lead optimization and harmonization planning efforts to enhance planning efficiency. Utilize advanced data analytics to comprehend performance trends and formulate improvement action plans. Generate performance reports and actively pursue results.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Scirence, Business, or a related field.
  • Min. 3-5 years of experience, data analytics skills with Tableau or Power BI, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-driven and proactive with a high adaptability to a changing environment, demonstrating innovation and a strong desire to learn.
  • A robust team player who thrives on collaborating with cross-functional teams from diverse cultures and countries.
