- Assist in the development of innovative youth engagement strategies through human-centred design, creating frameworks and solutions that strengthen youth commitment to Singapore.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships across public and private sectors, coordinating engagements and developing sustainable pathways that inspire youth action and create lasting impact.
- Lead research-driven programme development through data analytics and international best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, or related social sciences
- Relevant experience in youth engagement and programme development
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
