As a Senior Consultant at Connexus Global, your role carries immense significance and influence. You are a catalyst for our business, driving key relationships with clients and candidates every day.


In the role of a Senior Consultant, you will be making a significant impact in a number of key areas of the business:


Sales & Business Development


  • Strategic Business Development:As a Senior Consultant, you will be supporting and driving our business forward through strategic sales planning and business development activities and initiatives.
  • Business Development Pipeline:Your focus will be on exceeding challenging business development targets, ensuring a robust pipeline of committed business opportunities.
  • Client Engagement: You will actively engage with clients on a daily basis, both through calls and face-to-face meetings to gain a comprehensive understanding of their challenges and needs.
  • Selling Tailored Solutions: Utilizing your expertise, you will devise and sell tailored recruitment services to our clients and effectively negotiate terms of business with key decision makers.
  • Market Intelligence: To stay ahead in the market, you will continuously monitor and remain up to date on key movements and developments, enabling you to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Proactive Client Approach: Proactively approaching clients and prospects, you will foster discussions on exceptional talent available in the market and maintain a consistent value-adding dialogue throughout.
  • Revenue Forecasting & Growth:As a Senior Consultant, you will be fully accountable for forecasting individual revenue, exceeding targets, and driving the overall growth of your specialist sector within Connexus Global.


Recruitment


  • Delivering Great Candidates:You’ll be fully accountable for managing the complete end-to-end recruitment process to ensure Connexus Global’s clients always receive exceptional candidates and outstanding service.
  • Comprehensive Client Consultations:You will be conducting comprehensive consultations with clients to understand their specific needs. Then, leveraging your market expertise, you will share in-depth market insights and ultimately provide sound advice on the available talent in the market, to help make sure our clients make informed recruitment decisions.
  • Proactive Sourcing: In addition to standard sourcing techniques, you will be using more sophisticated networking and headhunting techniques to source new, untapped talent in the market.
  • Management & Consultation: You’ll be taking full control of the client and candidate process with precision, pace and control and be right in the middle of things, arranging interviews, sharing feedback, managing decisions, offers, resignations, and onboarding follow up.
  • Active Approach & Qualification: The phone will remain your steadfast companion as you engage in daily conversations with numerous candidates. Your professional and accurate qualification and screening process will ensure the best possible fit.
  • Building Relationships: You’ll be initiating and cultivating excellent relationships with both clients and candidates which will enable you to control the recruitment process and influence the eventual outcome.
  • Targets & Activity:You’ll take full ownership of both setting and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment activity targets to ensure you maximise the potential for outstanding performance.

  • Data Input & Documentation:Experts need reliable data, so you’ll be taking data input very seriously and not only always adding detailed notes and feedback into our systems, but also being an example for others to follow.
