Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the management reporting, forecasting and budgeting process for Digital & Tech function
  • Work closely with relevant Budget Owners and Management team at Digital & Tech to ensure quality of forecasts and budgets.
  • Prepare monthly management reports to Digital & Tech, highlighting trends and variances in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures.
  • Perform financial and trend analysis for Digital & Tech.
  • Be an effective support to the Heads of COE at Digital & Tech.
  • Work closely with Shared Service Finance, Human Resource team and Digital & Tech team to understand business and hence provide guidance to capture financial impact in monthly management reports.
  • Assist in preparation financial presentation packages for Management and Board.
  • Lead or participate in finance or cross-functional projects.
  • Develop financial models and analysis for new strategic initiatives.
  • Assist Lead FP&A on any ad-hoc projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent) and/or Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with ISCA
  • A minimum of 4 - 5 years’ experience related to financial planning and analysis.
  • Strong in analytical skills, business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly proficient in excel and able to prepare slides for presentation.
  • Customer oriented with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders at all levels.
  • Good business acumen, strategic and business oriented.
  • Motivated and results oriented.
  • Resourceful and problem solver.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
  • Ability to drive strategic initiatives from concepts to implementation and lead change effectively.
  • Comfortable navigating and work with ambiguity.
