As a Recruitment Manager at Connexus Global, you hold a critical role in leading and developing our recruitment team, driving their success, and contributing to the continued growth of our organization. Your mission encompasses fostering a high-performance team, establishing yourself as a respected leader within our organization, and driving exceptional results in talent acquisition.


Sales & Business Development

  • Revenue Growth & Target Achievement: Your focus on strategic business development activities, successful placements, and nurturing client relationships will directly impact the firm's financial growth and profitability.
  • Market Expansion: You will contribute to the growth of the business by identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities, expanding client relationships, and driving revenue generation.
  • Client Acquisition: Leading your team, you will focus on acquiring new clients and expanding the firm's client base. This involves identifying potential clients, understanding their unique needs, and presenting tailored solutions that create value.
  • Market Analysis & Strategy:Staying ahead of industry trends and competitor activities, you will conduct market analysis to identify emerging business opportunities and develop effective strategies to position Connexus Global as a leader in the industry.
  • Relationship Building: You will build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Networking & Industry Engagement:You will play a pivotal role in networking with industry professionals, attending relevant events, and actively engaging in industry associations. By establishing yourself as a thought leader, you will enhance your visibility, credibility, and attract high-caliber talent and clients to Connexus Global.


Recruitment Management

  • Leadership & Guidance: You will provide strong leadership to your team, setting clear targets and expectations, and guiding them to success.
  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:Taking full responsibility for hiring and onboarding, you will ensure the team is equipped with the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Training & Development:You will play a crucial role in training and developing your team, offering ongoing coaching and support to help consultants reach their full potential.
  • Performance Management: You will set and monitor performance targets for the team, providing regular feedback and appraisals to help consultants improve their performance.
  • Team Morale & Culture:Fostering a positive work culture, you will ensure high morale, growth-oriented mentality, and team cohesion.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making:Using data analysis, you will optimize team performance, make informed decisions, and contribute to the organization's competitive advantage.


Organisation

  • Data Input and Documentation:Experts need great data, so you’ll be taking data input very seriously and will be a champion of quality data input across the business setting high standards and driving others to meet those standards.
