Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Success Officer with a strong sales background to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly customer-oriented, possesses excellent problem-solving skills, and has a proven ability to upsell and cross-sell products/services. This role requires a proactive approach to customer satisfaction while identifying opportunities to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our products and services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Gather feedback from customers regarding our products and services.
- Assist in analysing customer data to identify trends and patterns.
- Document customer suggestions, concerns, and requests to provide valuable insights for product improvement.
- Actively promote and upsell relevant offerings to customers in a consultative manner.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Marketing, to ensure a unified approach in providing exceptional customer experiences.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends.
- Other ad hoc duties and assignments as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in business, marketing, communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years with proven experience in customer support and sales (e.g., customer service representative, inside sales, or similar role).
- Strong ability to build relationships and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Ability to identify sales opportunities and handle objections effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tool (e.g. Zendesk, Jira).
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
- Interest in the real estate industry and data analytics is desirable.
