Basic $2,500 - $4,500

Admin duties

General admin duties ,Filing , General Admin duties, Sales quote , following up on project quote .

Accounts Duties

* Perform bookkeeping transactions for Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL); handle partial or full sets of accounts.

* Assist in preparing management accounts for year-end filing.

* Perform invoicing within the accounting system.

* Prepare payroll reports.

* Physically file and e-file documents.

* Perform any other duties as required.

Requirements

* Minimum qualification: LCCI/Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.

* Proficiency in accounting principles such as bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

* At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience.

* Required Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word & Excel).

* Strong sense of responsibility, maturity, self-initiative, proactivity, attention to detail, good interpersonal skills, meticulousness, and ability to work fast , independently and multi-task.

* Prossess good organization , communication and people skill.

* Bilingual proficiency in both English and Mandarin
