Operations Executive

The Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the company. You should be responsible, hardworking, and passionate about the organization, facilities, program building. You should be able to implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity across departments, ensuring they work together effectively.
The Operations Executive should be highly organized, agile, and able to quickly assess changing priorities in our rapidly changing startup office environment. You will streamline processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes. In this role, no task is too small and no challenge is too great
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and best practices
- To handle incoming calls and requirements from drivers & clients
- Be prepared to handle unexpected logistical challenges and implement contingency plans to mitigate disruptions to the supply chain
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, industry standards, and safety guidelines pertaining to logistics operations
- Ensures overall management of the day-to-day operations of the company's administrative and operational functions, including facilities, IT, and office management, by overseeing operational efficiency, effective communications, and other strategic and tactical planning.
- Serves as the primary liaison between the company and office building management (e.g., repairs, plant maintenance, building code compliance, managing company facilities, office functions, and services).
- Track expenses and efforts to stay frugal and improve our processes.
- Champion cross-functional collaborative relationships with recruiters, accounting, finance, marketing, technology teams, other teams, and hiring managers to ensure the proper functioning of the entire company and the operation of the product.
- Interact and connect with leadership across the organization to understand the needs of in-office and remote teams.
Qualification:
- 3+ years of office management, operations, or finance experience - preferably working at a rapidly growing technology startup.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Zoom, and Slack.
- Familiar with basic HR procedures and interested in working with HR and recruiting teams.
- Effective leadership and communication skills.
- Maintain a high degree of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage your time and prioritize projects accordingly.
- Flexible to move quickly between projects without losing focus.
- Well-organized and comfortable with data and metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
