Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

You will assist in the stocktake of physical files, data-entry and processing of documents, including but not limited to the following:

· Stocktake of physical files in storerooms. Physical movements of the files are required.

· Entry of data and information from hard copy to soft copy.

· Creation and processing of documents (e.g. Excel, Word, Pdf).

· Digitisation (scanning of documents in specific formats).


Requirements

· Qualification: Diploma or Degree

· Systematic and detail-oriented

· Responsible

· Hands-on and able to work independently in office and non-office environments (storerooms)


Working location: Maxwell Road

Contract: 6 months

Working hours: 8.30am to 6pm (Mon – Thu) and 8.30am to 5.30pm (Fri) : Including 1 hour lunch time.

Salary Range: $11-$18/hour (based on qualifications and experience)
